Numerous modern technical systems require the co-operation of several operators on one or more technical units to achieve one common goal. On the real equipment, they will need to work together "hand in hand" - this needs to be reflected in a simulation approach also. In VR Team Trainer, this is realised by a common virtual world environment, in which each trainee is directly confronted with the results of his team member's actions.
